We have pure online presence.

This way we are able to serve our customers all around the world.

We are releasing new styles over the year around. Keep and eye on our website, social media or sign up to our newsletter to be sure you won't miss anything.

Most of our styles are Limited Edition. These styles are made in small batches but refreshed regularly across seasons . Most of the styles are not restocked after they are sold out – but we can make an exclusion due to high demand.

Our exchange or return policy lasts 30 days from the day you received your order.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused, without make-up marks and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To exchange or return your product, print order confirmation email and send it together with the returning item. Follow instructions of our Return Center:

SFL Gift Card

Add products you would like to purchase to cart. Proceed to checkout and enter your unique Gift Card code in the field 'Gift card or discount code'. Once you confirm 'Apply' the Gift Card value will be deducted from the sum due for payment.

Each SFL Gift Card has validity 5 years from the day of purchase.

If you do not know the purchase date, please reach out via email info@setsofran.com to identify the expiry date of your Gift Card.

You can redeem your valid SFL Gift Card on www.setsforan.com with purchase of any available product except another Gift Card.

No, the difference will be kept as a remaining balance value on your Gift Card. Available to be redeemed with your next transaction.

Once value of your card is deducted, you can choose from available payment options to pay for the remaining balance.

Yes, you can. You can use any currency enabled on www.setsofran.com. The Gift Card value is anchored to £/GBP and any other currency is reflecting actual GBP exchange rate to given currency.
